Human or animal ashes can only be sent using a Royal Mail service. Volume per item must not exceed 50g. Packaging Guidelines: Ashes must be placed in a sift-proof container and securely closed. Items must be tightly packed in strong outer packaging and must be secured and cushioned to prevent any damage. The sender’s name and address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging.

please note; The postage is paid for the original package, the returnable ashes packs are sent with a royal mail 1st class stamp free of charge, any upgrade to this can be organized by the sender at their local post office.
